Your consultation is the first step in determining whether our services are the right fit for your health and wellness goals. A nonrefundable $75 deposit is required prior to your appointment, which will be applied toward your monthly membership or per-vial purchase if you move forward with treatment.
After your consultation, you may receive a lab order if your provider recommends it. You can use your insurance, with our preferred laboratories being Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp. For self-pay patients, we recommend Access Lab. If you have recent labs from another provider that you’d like us to use, please send them securely through the Charm Portal or fax them to 702-763-9698 prior to your scheduled appointment.
Your prescriptions are shipped directly to your home. Our subscription packages provide both convenience and affordability.

Yes, our team of weight loss specialists can provide prescriptions through convenient online or in-clinic consultations.
We offer weight loss program subscriptions starting at $399 to $599 per month, depending on the type of medication. A minimum enrollment of three (3) months is required to join the program.
The monthly subscription includes health check-ins, telehealth visits, weight loss medication prescriptions, and unlimited communication with your doctor through our secure online patient portal. Any non-weight loss medications prescribed will be the patient’s responsibility.
Patients who wish to lose weight and have a BMI above 27 may enroll in the program, provided they do not have any of the following: eating disorders, gallbladder disease, drug or alcohol abuse, recent bariatric surgery, pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, current pregnancy or breastfeeding, plans to become pregnant, diabetic retinopathy, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, or a family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.
Eligibility for the program is determined by the provider following a consultation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, send a message via our contact us page or email rinovawellness@gmail.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line at least one (1) day before your renewal or cycle date. Any medication or requests already processed before cancellation will still be delivered and fulfilled.
We do not issue refunds for services, products, or medications that have been provided or fulfilled. Per state regulations, we cannot accept returned or used medications once they have been dispensed.
Once prescribed, your medication is shipped directly to your doorstep within 3–5 business days. An additional shipping fee applies for residents of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Mississippi.
All medications are shipped following proper handling and delivery precautions. Any concerns regarding your medication must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report concerns within this timeframe will be considered that the medication has been successfully delivered and fulfilled.
Currently, we do not bill or process insurance. Rinova Wellness accepts the consultation fee and handles your prescription, including any necessary prior authorization.
