Begin with a New Patient Consultation

Your consultation is the first step in physician-guided, medically supervised weight loss using evidence-based medications, including GLP-1 and GIP agents. Care is tailored to you, your history, your goals, and your pace with personalized support and InBody composition analysis to help you move forward safely and sustainably.

The initial consult is $150 for everyone starting this program. Ongoing care is $99 per month and includes continued physician oversight, refiills, check-ins, and adjustments so your plan stays aligned with your health and wellness goals.

Collect Your Labs

Please bring recent lab results (no older than 3 months) with you to your consultation if you have them. If you don’t have up-to-date labs or your provider determines additional testing is needed, new labs will be ordered after your visit through Quest Diagnostics.

*Lab fees are billed separately and are not included in the consultation fee or the monthly membership.

Start Treatment

Your prescriptions are sent to Eli Lilly or Novo Nordisk pharmacies, so medications come from FDA-approved manufacturers, not from compounding pharmacies that can vary in quality. You choose home delivery or local pickup at a participating pharmacy.

Plans are built for convenience and value, with options starting at $149 per month for FDA-approved pill or injection therapy so you can move forward without navigating insurance coverage gaps, denials, or prior authorizations

How does the program work?

How do I book a consultation?

Which states do you serve?

We are able to serve customers in the following states: Colorado, Iowa, Montana, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Vermont, Wyoming, Virginia, Delaware, Rhode Island, Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Mississippi.

What are GLP-1 medications and how do they work?

GLP-1 receptor agonists help you feel full throughout the day, regulating your appetite and supporting weight loss by slowing down digestion.

What ongoing support is provided?

Benefit from regular check-ins and support from our Patient Care Coordinator to ensure the best results from your program and medication. Our Patient Support Center is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (excluding holidays).

Is a prescription required?

Yes, our team of weight loss specialists can provide prescriptions through convenient online or in-clinic consultations.

What is the cost?

We offer weight loss program subscriptions starting at $399 to $599 per month, depending on the type of medication. A minimum enrollment of three (3) months is required to join the program.

What is included in the subscription?

The monthly subscription includes health check-ins, telehealth visits, weight loss medication prescriptions, and unlimited communication with your doctor through our secure online patient portal. Any non-weight loss medications prescribed will be the patient’s responsibility.

Who is eligible for treatment?

Patients who wish to lose weight and have a BMI above 27 may enroll in the program, provided they do not have any of the following: eating disorders, gallbladder disease, drug or alcohol abuse, recent bariatric surgery, pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, current pregnancy or breastfeeding, plans to become pregnant, diabetic retinopathy, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, or a family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma.

Eligibility for the program is determined by the provider following a consultation.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, send a message via our contact us page or email rinovawellness@gmail.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line at least one (1) day before your renewal or cycle date. Any medication or requests already processed before cancellation will still be delivered and fulfilled.

What is your refund policy?

We do not issue refunds for services, products, or medications that have been provided or fulfilled. Per state regulations, we cannot accept returned or used medications once they have been dispensed.

How is medication shipped or delivered?

Once prescribed, your medication is shipped directly to your doorstep within 3–5 business days. An additional shipping fee applies for residents of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, and Mississippi.

All medications are shipped following proper handling and delivery precautions. Any concerns regarding your medication must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report concerns within this timeframe will be considered that the medication has been successfully delivered and fulfilled.

Can I use my insurance for this program?

Currently, we do not bill or process insurance. Rinova Wellness accepts the consultation fee and handles your prescription, including any necessary prior authorization.
